Camomile Blue
Egypt should be processing the new crop in the coming days and prices should be stable in view of a larger than usual carry over stock from last year's production. As predicted in our December report, be sure to check the Chamazulene levels, as they seem to be as low as 2 per cent.

Cardamom Oil
Yet another poor crop expected, so prices will remain high for the foreseeable future.

Patchouli Oil
Although the initial panic buying has eased off, there is very little material afloat. Sooner or later, spot stocks will disappear and one large purchase will start the upward trend again.

Rosemary
This year's distilling should commence in the coming weeks in Tunisia. There have been no adverse weather conditions to hamper production and collection of the raw material and carry-over stocks are reasonable. We expect material will still be cheaper than Moroccan Oil.

Tea Tree
Reports from Australia and re-sellers in the UK are telling us to expect to pay higher prices as the year advances. In view of the high stocks currently available spot, and afloat, they may be trying to kick start the market. It seems fairly certain that the market has bottomed out and some of the major buyers have covered forward at very attractive prices. Chinese material is not being offered at this time.

Zanzibar
Due to civil unrest, there may be supply problems for Clove Bud Oil.
