Over the last 20 years we have built up long term strategic partnerships with our many distillers and suppliers around the globe. These relationships are complimented by regular visits to countries as diverse as Madagascar, Bulgaria, Tunisia, France, Somalia, Morocco, and many others. Few other essential oil suppliers go to such lengths to continually oversee product quality.

Quality Assurance
Aroma Trading always maintains the highest standards of quality while keeping prices competitive. At no time will we ever sacrifice the quality or purity of an essential oil to offer a lower priced product, merely to gain a competitive advantage. Our quality control procedures demand that every drum of every essential oil is sampled and sent for GLC analysis at an independant laboratory. If there are any doubts on specification, or the analysis does not conform to our detailed parameters, we will reject the oil. As a result of this strict policy, there will be occasions when we may not be able to offer a particular essential oil. Note that we do not generate any in-house Certificates of Quality; our essential oils are analysed by a highly specialised and independant laboratory, and these specifications are supplied on request against bulk orders.

Customer service
By holding extensive stocks of essential oils and vegetable oils at our UK storage facilties, we are normally able to ship orders within 24 hours from receipt, depending on the work load at time of ordering. Globally, we can usually ensure oils are delivered door to door within 5 working days. To guarantee continuity of quality, we can offer our customers a stock holding facility for call-off as required. This will not only guarantee consistent quality but also ensure price stability over a longer period of time, and keep stock readily available for immediate shipment at short notice.
